This research guide uses Eastbridge's current public documents. It does not claim that BBA opened, funded or withdrew from an Eastbridge account for this fact check.

Brokerage model

Eastbridge describes its service as a sports-betting brokerage for professionals, quantitative users, syndicates and bookmakers. The public service pages focus on three access routes:

  • assisted order placement through Skype;
  • individual bookmaker accounts arranged through the broker;
  • access to named platform products linked from the Eastbridge site.

The important distinction is not the marketing category. It is who accepts an order, whose rulebook governs it, where funds are held and which entity handles a complaint.

Accounts and availability

The individual-accounts page says Eastbridge can provide access to accounts from connected bookmakers. It also states that the service may not be available in every country.

The terms require users to be at least 18 or the higher local age of majority, to use the service lawfully and to provide personal and payment information. Eastbridge may request proof of age and suspend or cancel access if satisfactory evidence is not supplied.

Availability therefore has at least three layers:

  1. local law where the applicant lives;
  2. Eastbridge's own acceptance decision;
  3. the underlying bookmaker or platform's restrictions.

A brand shown on a public service page is not confirmation that a specific user can open that account.

Skype betting workflow

The Skype page describes a request containing the event, market, stake and desired price. A trader checks availability and asks the client to confirm before the bet goes ahead.

The terms make the confirmation step decisive:

  • the user is responsible for checking the bet details;
  • a confirmed bet cannot normally be cancelled, revoked or changed;
  • prices become fixed only when the bet is confirmed and placed;
  • Eastbridge may refuse a bet without explanation;
  • the transaction log is treated as evidence of the order and timing.

For every assisted order, retain the final confirmation rather than only the initial request. It should show the market, selection, price, stake and time.

Bet and settlement rules

Eastbridge's terms publish several conditions that can materially affect an outcome:

  • an obvious pricing, line or handicap error can make a bet void;
  • event results are normally processed on the day of conclusion;
  • corrections after processing are limited to the stated 72-hour window and human-error condition;
  • Eastbridge's decision is described as final for the bet and related transactions;
  • account suspension, balance forfeiture or termination can follow a breach of the terms.

These are operator-published rules, not BBA outcome tests. Read the exact rulebook attached to the selected account or platform before placing a bet.

Payments and fees

The payment page lists Skrill, Neteller, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Tether, Jeton Wallet and ecoPayz, with method-specific currency support. The separate fee page provides the more useful detail.

At the fact-check date it published:

  • minimum deposits of 5 in the displayed account currency for most listed methods;
  • minimum withdrawals of 10 for e-wallet and crypto methods;
  • a bank minimum deposit of 10 and minimum withdrawal of 30;
  • one free withdrawal per month for several methods;
  • later method-specific fees, including minimum-charge conditions;
  • instant descriptions for several e-wallets and longer bank-transfer timing;
  • no SWIFT support in the bank-transfer row.

The fee table is densely formatted and can change. Confirm the account currency, network, minimum, monthly free allowance and fee before sending or withdrawing funds.

Identity and operator evidence

The terms identify the contracting side only as Eastbridge, us or we. The reviewed public pages do not clearly provide a legal company name, company registration, registered address, governing-law clause or regulator certificate that BBA could map to eastbridge-sb.com.

This is a material evidence gap, but it does not establish that no authorisation exists. Before funding, request:

  1. full legal entity and company registration;
  2. registered address and governing law;
  3. any claimed licence or authorisation record;
  4. identity of the entity holding the balance;
  5. complaints and dispute-escalation route;
  6. privacy contact and secure KYC-submission channel.

Decision checklist

  1. Choose the exact Eastbridge service or connected product.
  2. Confirm that your country is accepted by every relevant layer.
  3. Obtain the contracting entity and any claimed authorisation record.
  4. Identify who holds the balance and accepts each bet.
  5. Read the exact confirmation, voiding and settlement rules.
  6. Get the complete method-specific fee sheet.
  7. Save every assisted-order confirmation and transaction record.
  8. Use the self-exclusion and limit information before it is needed.
  9. Start only with a fixed amount you can afford to lose.
Pros
  • Public terms explain the confirmation and settlement workflow
  • Individual-account and assisted-order routes are described separately
  • A detailed method-level payment table is published
  • A six-month self-exclusion process is published
Cons
  • Public pages do not clearly identify the legal entity or regulator record
  • Availability depends on country and selected underlying product
  • Assisted orders require careful retention of the final confirmation
  • Payment fees vary by method and monthly withdrawal history
