This page maps current operator documents. It does not claim that BBA opened, funded or withdrew from a PremiumTradings account for this fact check.

Service and account models

PremiumTradings describes itself as a sports-betting brokerage for individual users and betting syndicates. Its services page separates several models:

  • Premium service, a general brokerage relationship with account and activity reporting;
  • Premium Accounts, individual bookmaker accounts managed under one PremiumTradings profile;
  • Premium Pool, a shared structure with a nominated manager and reported member shares;
  • Premium Transfers, transfers between account holders;
  • Premium Agent, a commercial referral and risk-sharing model.

These models do not create the same legal or financial relationship. Before funding, establish which model applies, where the balance is recorded, who accepts the bet and which document controls a dispute.

Betting tools

The official tools page describes two distinct workflows:

  1. Bet Broker accepts a requested selection, stake and minimum price. A trader works the order and returns a confirmation.
  2. GoalTool is presented as a single interface for viewing available market prices and placing orders through connected accounts.

The terms are more cautious than the marketing copy. They say no broker or Skype order is placed until PremiumTradings confirms it. They also warn that tool data may be delayed or inaccurate and disclaim responsibility for technical or sportsbook problems.

Save the exact confirmation, accepted price, stake, underlying provider and timestamp. A chat request is not the same thing as an accepted bet.

Bet and settlement responsibility

PremiumTradings' terms say the underlying sportsbooks settle bets and that the broker cannot control decisions about rejected bets, voided bets, cancelled events or settlement disputes. The rules of the sportsbook where a bet is placed govern that bet.

This split matters more than a feature list. Before using an account or tool, ask:

  • which sportsbook accepts each order;
  • where the accepted bet record is stored;
  • which rulebook applies;
  • how a dispute reaches the underlying provider;
  • whether PremiumTradings or the provider holds the relevant balance.

The terms also publish daily and weekly maximum-winning conditions for some accounts while excluding Skype, tool betting and exchanges from that specific clause. Obtain the account-specific limit schedule instead of assuming a public figure applies to every product.

Registration and KYC

The registration FAQ says a submitted form is a request, after which an agent contacts the applicant to clarify preferences. It lists a government-issued identity document and a recent utility bill or bank statement as the normal verification package.

The general terms add that:

  • applicants must be at least 18;
  • verification can continue throughout the membership;
  • PremiumTradings or an underlying provider may request additional documents;
  • one profile is allowed unless additional profiles are approved;
  • users must keep personal and payment details current;
  • local-law eligibility remains the user's responsibility.

Do not send identity documents until the receiving entity, privacy terms and secure submission method are clear.

Payments and fees

The transactions page and the general terms should be read together because their fee descriptions are not fully aligned.

The transactions page publishes:

  • e-wallet, crypto and bank-transfer options;
  • EUR, GBP and USD support for several methods, with a broader currency list for bank transfer;
  • one free withdrawal per calendar month;
  • a 1% charge for additional withdrawals in that month;
  • bank-transfer processing described as one to four business days.

The terms separately publish deposit fees, bank-wire minimums, activity requirements, inactivity charges and possible administrative charges. They also say specific customer conditions can replace the public finance section.

Current promotion

The official promotion page published a first-deposit offer of 20% up to EUR 250, available to new verified customers until 26 September 2026. Its conditions include a 20-times wagering requirement on the initial deposit plus credited bonus before withdrawal and a separate EUR 10,000 turnover condition for the extra reward.

This is a dated operator promotion, not a BBA recommendation. It can expire, be withdrawn or conflict with an account-specific condition. Read the live promotion and general terms on the day of any opt-in.

Material unknowns

The reviewed public pages call the contracting party Premium Tradings Agency, but they do not clearly provide a legal company registration, registered address or regulator certificate that BBA could independently map to the domain.

That absence does not prove that no authorisation exists. It means this guide cannot make a broader licensing conclusion from the retained public evidence. The following should be obtained before funding:

  1. full legal name and company registration;
  2. registered address and governing law;
  3. licence or authorisation record, if one is claimed;
  4. identity of the balance holder for the chosen product;
  5. dispute and complaints route.

Decision checklist

  1. Identify the exact account or brokerage model.
  2. Obtain the contracting entity and any claimed authorisation record.
  3. Confirm country eligibility and the underlying sportsbook.
  4. Read both the broker terms and the sportsbook rulebook.
  5. Get all account-specific fees and activity requirements in writing.
  6. Check the accepted-bet and dispute workflow.
  7. Complete KYC only through a verified secure channel.
  8. Ignore a promotion until its withdrawal effect is understood.
  9. Start with a fixed loss limit and an amount you can afford to lose.
Pros
  • Public terms explain the underlying sportsbook's settlement role
  • Several account and broker-assisted workflows are documented
  • Payment methods and one-free-withdrawal policy are published
  • Registration guidance describes the normal KYC documents
Cons
  • Public pages do not clearly map the domain to a legal registration or regulator certificate
  • Public fee descriptions need account-specific reconciliation
  • Responsibility is split between broker, tool and underlying sportsbook
  • Promotional withdrawal conditions add material complexity

Frequently asked questions

What is PremiumTradings?

Its official pages describe a betting brokerage offering individual accounts, pooled structures and broker-assisted or multi-account tools. The exact contract depends on the service selected.

Is PremiumTradings licensed?

The public documents reviewed on 27 July 2026 did not clearly identify a legal company registration or regulator certificate for the domain. That is an unresolved evidence gap, not proof that no authorisation exists.

Who settles a PremiumTradings bet?

The terms say underlying sportsbooks settle bets under their own rules. Confirm the provider and save the accepted-bet record for each order.

What are the PremiumTradings withdrawal fees?

The transactions page publishes one free withdrawal per calendar month and a 1% fee for additional withdrawals, while other terms can add method, activity or account-specific conditions. Obtain a complete current fee sheet before depositing.
